When using our Service, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Not submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Not impersonate another person or business

4. SMS and Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from maxxAI:

• You consent to receive messages via automated technology at the phone number you provide, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the platform
• Message and data rates may apply

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, ROI, or results from following our recommendations
• Assessments may include phrases like "typically" or "in most cases" — these reflect general patterns, not promises
• We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any partner we may introduce you to
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies

You are responsible for independently evaluating any recommendations or partner introductions before acting on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, maxxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Referral Fee Disclosure

maxxAI may earn a commission or referral fee when we connect you with a service partner. This is how we keep the platform free for users. We are transparent about this relationship:

• Partner matches are based on fit for your needs, not commission rates
• You are never obligated to engage with any partner we introduce
• The referral fee does not increase your cost with the partner

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To opt out of messaging, reply STOP or email support@maxxai.io.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraud.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
